中新网9月9日电 据国家安全生产监督管理总局网站消息，目前北京、天津、山西、内蒙古、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、上海、江苏、福建、广东、西藏、青海、宁夏等14个省(区、市)已完全退出烟花爆竹生产，安徽、海南、甘肃、新疆等4个省(区)年底前也将退出。
