中新网9月23日电 据财政部网站消息，2014年，中央财政安排农业综合开发水土保持项目资金58464万元，项目建设涉及15个省以及黑龙江农垦总局的236个县(市、区)，主要建设内容为坡地及沟道整治、土壤改良、封禁治理、拦引蓄灌排等小型水利水保工程所需的材料、设备、机械施工补助等。
